Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome -  An Autoimmune disorder where normal components of blood or cell membranes are recognized as foreign by the immune system, causing blood clots. Other names for this syndrome: APS, APLS, APLA, Hughes Syndrome, Sticky Blood
