- Abnormalities in trachial cartilage
- Sleep apnea is common
- Increased stridor
- Markedly depressed nasal bridge
Cardiovascular problems occuring in 10% of cases
- Choanal sstenosis atresia
- Atrial septal defect
- Patent Ductus Areriosus
- Ventrical Septal Defect
- Pulmonary stenosis
- Overiding Aorta
- Coarctation of aorta
- Dextocardia
- Tetrology of Fallot
- Endocardial fibroelastosis
Respiratory problems occuring in 1.5% of cases:
- Abnormal trachial cartiologe
- Trachesophogeal fistula
- Puluonary Apiasia
- Absent Right Middle lobe of lung
- Absent interlobular fissures
