Brugada Syndrome -
Brugada pattern with one of the following:
- Syncopal episode,
- Documented VF,
- Self-terminating polymorphic VT
- A family history of SCD younger than 45
- Evidence of St-segment elevation in family members
Caused by an autosomal-dominant genetic defect causing a dysfunction or loss of function of the sodium channel.
